Manager, Business/Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, challenge, and document requirements.

• Convert business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications.

• Work collaboratively with developers and data engineers throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.

• Utilize Databricks to analyze business challenges, validate hypotheses, and present evidence-based recommendations.

• Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all relevant deliverables.

• Continuously seek opportunities for process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Business/Data Analysis.

• Strong capabilities in requirements documentation.

• Practical experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot / AI tools.

• Skills in planning and executing UAT.

• Experience in creating comprehensive functional specifications.
