This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Identify and pursue new extended stay and project clients, creating business opportunities within Hilton's Corporate Strategic Accounts.
• Utilize sales expertise to boost revenue per client and achieve revenue goals.
• Build relationships with key buyers in the extended stay sector by targeting industry segments with demand for long-term stay and project travel.
• Oversee leads throughout the sales pipeline from our corporate strategic accounts in partnership with the extended stay sales team to enhance conversion rates.
• Formulate and execute business development strategies aimed at achieving growth and organizational objectives.
• Daily manage client data utilizing our CRM and Salesforce, ensuring precision and strict confidentiality. Update activities, tasks, follow-ups, and sales insights to maintain continuity and monitor project managers as they transition across job sites.
• Evaluate industry trends and analyze competitors' strengths and weaknesses, incorporating industry and client analyses to predict future client needs.
• A minimum of five (5) years of professional sales experience in the hospitality sector.
• Comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in business development and sales strategy.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
