Manager, AI Agents and Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +14 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete development process for our AI platform and customer interactions, starting from the initial roadmap through to deployment.

• Collaborate with engineers to craft prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and safeguards—striking a balance among latency, cost, and precision.

• Act as the technical liaison between the engineering team and the wider organization, promoting best practices and standards for the AI platform.

• Foster systematic enhancements in answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through thorough experimentation.

• Collaborate with partners at OpenAI to assess and implement the next generation of voice models and workflow automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role such as forward deployed engineering, technical product management, or a similar position at a fast-paced startup.

• A strong passion and curiosity for AI systems, including contemporary LLMs, among others.

• Proven ability to transform complex, strategic concepts into scalable, production-ready products.

• Proficient in SQL and comfortable analyzing data to derive insights and validate hypotheses.
