This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of delivery, validation, and operational preparedness utilizing an AI-first approach.

• Guarantee that functional software reliably reaches production while adhering to quality benchmarks.

• Establish acceptance criteria.

• Streamline validation processes and oversee release management.

• Track production health and promote operational excellence through AI-assisted workflows.

• Work collaboratively with the Builder and Architect to define specifications and system architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in delivery, quality engineering, and/or DevOps positions within the fintech, banking, or financial services sectors.

• Profound understanding of intricate, regulated environments and financial workflows.

• Direct, hands-on experience with AI-supported testing and delivery processes.

• Strong practical skills in test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools.

• Capability to manage the delivery pipeline from start to finish within a product domain.

• Ability to navigate across the stack to verify behavior at all levels.

• Bonus - Familiarity with REST APIs, data modeling, and system interactions.
