This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Complete the 9–12-month Management Trainee Program tailored to individual progress.
• Obtain practical experience in warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain, and human resources.
• Gain insights into every aspect of the building, landscape, or pool distribution sector.
• Undergo training in two branches, with nearly 50% of the training taking place at each location.
• Cultivate skills and knowledge necessary for advancement to Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, or Operations Manager roles.
• Learn to oversee a multi-million-dollar operation.
• Engage in on-the-job training, mentorship, and corporate development programs.
• Build a network with industry professionals and future leaders.
• Be prepared to relocate within the United States for training and promotional opportunities.
• Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to learn in a hands-on environment.
• Open to relocating for training and advancement within the United States.
• Possess strong leadership qualities and a committed work ethic.
• Demonstrated success in roles that require responsibility and accountability.
• Experience in organizations, clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics, or military service is highly regarded.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, organization, and time management abilities.
• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree or be within two semesters of completing a Bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred degrees include Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of two years of relevant work experience is required.
• Must be willing to relocate for training and promotional purposes within the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening, as allowed by law.
