• Work closely with our curriculum and instructional design team to guarantee the provision of high-quality, industry-relevant educational experiences.

• Serve as Academic Developers, Assessors, Moderators, and Critical Readers on a contractual basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Business Management, Management, Strategic Management, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Organisational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Demonstrated industry experience in strategic management, organizational leadership, entrepreneurship, business consulting, organizational development, innovation management, or executive leadership.

• Background in curriculum development, academic writing, assessment design, or training within higher education or professional learning settings.

• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for converting intricate management concepts into comprehensible learning materials.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with an instructional designer and academic team while adhering to structured development timelines.

• Availability for contract-based work (remote).
