• Address intricate, escalated incidents and service requests through expert troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 4 support teams to facilitate issue resolution, offering mentorship and guidance.
• Engage actively in change management processes and ensure dependable service delivery throughout the change lifecycle.
• Uphold operational stability by conducting scheduled system health checks, routine activities, and alert triage.
• Examine recurring issues to assist in problem management and contribute to continuous service enhancement initiatives.
• 2+ years of experience with Linux technologies (Linux, Unix, user/filesystem management, security, etc.)
• Proficiency in automation, scripting, or programming languages.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience.
• Associate level or higher RedHat certification is preferred.
• Capability to obtain CJIS certification within the orientation period of employment.
