This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Act as a senior point of escalation for intricate technical challenges from Level 1 and Level 2 teams.
• Deliver expert-level troubleshooting across servers, networks, cloud platforms, and end-user environments.
• Conduct advanced remote troubleshooting for workstations, servers, and network-related problems.
• Manage and support remote access solutions, including VPNs, Terminal Services, and cloud-based environments.
• Lead and facilitate migrations and upgrades, encompassing Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint) and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD/Intune).
• Install, configure, and enhance workstations, hardware, and software for optimal performance and reliability.
• Offer guidance, mentorship, and technical direction to junior engineers.
• Engage in on-call rotations to assist with after-hours incidents and critical issues.
• Travel on-site as necessary to support client environments (limited travel required).
• Maintain precise and comprehensive documentation of incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, SLAs, and best practices.
• Actively seek opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and service delivery.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) setting.
• Strong proficiency in Windows Desktop and Windows Server (2016 and newer).
• In-depth knowledge of: Networking (WAN/LAN, routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing).
• Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, IPSEC, VoIP, QoS).
• Expertise in virtualization platforms and storage solutions (SAN, RAID, iDRAC, iLO).
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Remote Desktop Services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), Intune, Conditional Access, and DLP.
• Proficiency in DNS/DHCP administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with server hardware configuration and infrastructure management.
• Working knowledge of scripting and automation (PowerShell or equivalent).
• Acquainted with macOS, mobile device management (iOS/Android), and VoIP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently.
• Exceptional communication skills with the talent to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Proven capability to mentor junior team members and spearhead technical initiatives.
