Maintenance Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Accountable for executing projects from inception to completion, independently resolving issues, and providing suggestions for enhancements to leadership.

• Capable of maintaining both professional and friendly communications, fostering positive relationships, collaborating effectively with others, and being an attentive listener.

• Overseeing current dashboards and developing new ones for projects in Google Sheets, ClickUp, and other platforms.

• Coordinating and managing work orders with vendors and tenants efficiently.

• Comfortable with utilizing new technology software and possessing a strong aptitude for learning various technology platforms.

• Updating the status of repairs within Property Management Software.

• Responding to all emails and acknowledging requests within a 24-hour timeframe.

• Proactively taking initiative to solve problems as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing position, demonstrating multitasking abilities.

• Full proficiency in AppFolio is required.

• Familiarity with Buildium is advantageous.

• Knowledge of project management software (such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, and Microsoft Project) is a plus.

• B1/B2 or higher proficiency in English is mandatory.
