Maintenance Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Create and oversee proactive field maintenance initiatives, including scheduling, effectiveness assessments, and reporting.

• Oversee various maintenance projects, which encompass bid specifications, bid evaluations, AFE creation, project awards, contractor assignments, and financial oversight.

• Coordinate and manage equipment rollouts and testing within the designated area of responsibility.

• Negotiate the terms and conditions of equipment and service agreements, providing recommendations to Management.

• Act as the technical liaison for Corporate Maintenance, Store Support, Repair Shop, Regional Maintenance Training, and Field Maintenance departments.

• Assist in addressing high-level related issues and executing corrective measures.

• Conduct research and develop economic analyses for program modifications, recommending actions to management.

• Review and assess service providers and renewals of maintenance service contracts.

• Formulate programs to execute maintenance activities in-house.

• Evaluate, suggest, and create departmental policies, practices, and procedures.

• Support Regional Maintenance Trainers in crafting training programs for Field Maintenance Technicians.

• Keep technical knowledge updated through workshops, trade shows, and educational seminars.

• Offer advanced support for Company assets during emergencies.

• Be available on call 24 hours a day.

• Undertake additional tasks and special projects as assigned by Management.

• A Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.

• Proven proficiency in Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office suite applications.

• Strong communication skills.

• Capability to research and resolve issues effectively.

• Solid understanding of intra-department functions and operations.

• Exceptional organizational abilities.

• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.

• Capacity to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.

• Availability to be on call 24 hours a day.
