This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and create comprehensive machine learning infrastructure to convert experimental Data Science models into reliable, high-availability production services.
• Develop automation for deploying low-latency inference services that provide model predictions in milliseconds.
• Enable real-time decision-making for dynamic oddsmaking, risk assessment, and intelligent deposit defaults.
• Lead the development and optimization of a centralized feature store for intricate models across various business domains.
• Construct and manage essential ML platform components for training and experimentation in collaboration with the Infrastructure team.
• Advocate for model deployment, monitoring, and best practices in ML CI/CD.
• Implement automated retraining pipelines and establish observability to identify data drift and model performance decline.
• Over 3 years of experience in Platform Engineering, focusing on deploying and maintaining scalable ML platforms within high-traffic production settings.
• At least 1 year of experience managing ML systems from end-to-end in production, including on-call duties and incident management.
• Proficiency in streaming architectures like Kafka, Flink, or Pub/Sub.
• Experience in building low-latency inference services that deliver models in under 100 milliseconds.
• Extensive MLOps experience encompassing training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with SageMaker, Vertex AI, vector databases, and graph databases.
• Experience in managing and scaling Redis or Elasticsearch caches.
• Skilled in containerization, Docker, Kubernetes, and cluster-level management.
• Strong expertise in Python and proficiency in Go.
• Must have authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
• Experience with C++ or Rust is a significant advantage.
• A background in Daily Fantasy Sports, oddsmaking, or high-frequency trading is advantageous.
• Experience in building and scaling feature stores is a plus.
