Machine Learning, Game Tech Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the architecture of hybrid gaming and machine learning systems, acting as the main liaison for the integration of machine learning within game frameworks.

• Create, develop, and sustain both learning and non-learning systems.

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and gaming technologies, identifying and investigating relevant applications for the organization.

• Provide support to programming and machine learning teams throughout the development process.

• Set and uphold quality standards for our machine learning applications.

• Share machine learning expertise throughout the company.

• Enhance team performance through personal contributions or by taking on a leadership role.

• Maintain clear, thoughtful, and open communication with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Collect, acknowledge, and respond to internal feedback, making adjustments to design and technology choices as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining APIs and applications.

• Understanding of classical AI principles, including symbolic processing and production systems.

• Knowledge of Machine Learning: experience with leading ML libraries and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.

• Experience in modeling human behavior and a strong advantage for familiarity with Reinforcement Learning.

• Proficiency in C, C++, Rust, GO, or other system-level programming languages.

• Strong skills in Python.

• Proven history of integrating machine learning solutions into traditional computing systems: experience with deploying ML systems in production and a focus on applied research.

• Background in high-performance computing and knowledge of best practices in software optimization.

• Familiarity with game engines and real-time simulations.

• A naturally curious mindset.

• Humble and inquisitive, always seeking learning opportunities, and not confining oneself to the limits of their role or organization.
