This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive machine learning pipelines, ensuring optimal efficiency in training, validation, and inference.
• Apply MLOps best practices, including CI/CD for machine learning models, model versioning, monitoring, and strategies for retraining.
• Enhance ML models through feature engineering, hyperparameter optimization, and scalable inference methodologies.
• Utilize structured and unstructured data, employing Pandas, NumPy, and SQL for effective data manipulation.
• Leverage machine learning design patterns to create modular, reusable, and production-ready models.
• Partner with data engineers to construct high-performance data pipelines for both training and inference.
• Deploy and manage models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) using containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ensure model performance is maintained by implementing continuous monitoring, bias detection, and techniques for explainability.
• Strong expertise in Python along with familiarity with machine learning libraries like Scikit-learn, LightGBM, and PyTorch.
• Comprehensive understanding of machine learning algorithms, including both supervised and unsupervised learning methods.
• Experience utilizing MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker for experiment tracking and workflow automation.
• Practical experience with data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy) and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
• Knowledge of cloud-based machine learning deployment and infrastructure management.
• Ability to efficiently implement both real-time and batch inference pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to convert business requirements into scalable machine learning solutions.
