This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive machine learning pipelines, ensuring optimal efficiency in training, validation, and inference processes.
• Apply MLOps best practices, encompassing CI/CD for machine learning models, model versioning, monitoring, and strategies for retraining.
• Enhance machine learning models through feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and scalable inference methodologies.
• Handle both structured and unstructured data by utilizing Pandas, NumPy, and SQL for effective data manipulation.
• Utilize machine learning design patterns to create modular, reusable, and production-ready models.
• Collaborate with data engineers to construct high-performance data pipelines for both training and inference.
• Deploy and oversee models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), employing containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ensure model performance through continuous monitoring, bias detection, and techniques for explainability.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, LightGBM, and PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, including both supervised and unsupervised learning methods.
• Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker for experiment tracking and workflow automation.
• Practical experience with data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy) and database systems (SQL, NoSQL).
• Knowledge of cloud-based machine learning deployment and infrastructure management practices.
• Capability to efficiently implement real-time and batch inference pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to convert business requirements into scalable machine learning solutions.
