Machine Learning Engineer, Especialista II – Dados, Consumidor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Development of end-to-end Machine Learning pipelines: encompassing data preparation, code optimization, automation of training routines, and model prediction;

• Monitoring of quality, efficiency, cost metrics, and usage of data products;

• Technical leadership in the team's MLOps process, establishing best practices for development and maintenance of solutions;

• Designing cloud architectures for data and AI solutions (GCP, AWS, Azure);

• Building data pipelines with embedded Gen AI models (e.g., transforming unstructured data into structured data);

• Collaborating with the team to develop pilots for concept prototyping and value demonstration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong knowledge in Programming and Machine Learning (supervised, unsupervised, and generative AI modeling);

• Proficient in Python and SQL;

• Solid understanding of the machine learning model lifecycle, along with experience in architectures and workflows for batch machine learning solutions;

• Experience with Agent frameworks;

• Professional experience with cloud services, as well as the use of containers/Docker;

• Building data/ML pipelines using market tools (e.g., Airflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI);

• Education or knowledge in machine learning, big data, or computational systems;

• Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly and comfort in developing innovative solutions to problems through machine learning;

• Strong documentation culture: documenting processes, postmortems, APIs;

• Experience with AI-assisted code development (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code);

• Analytical and creative thinking to develop solutions addressing various needs;

• Good communication skills to explain complex results clearly;
