This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Design and implement machine learning and large language models.
• Create and refine AI agents to improve automation and decision-making processes.
• Enhance the speed of model inference, storage efficiency, and scalability for practical applications.
• Establish pipelines and MLOps workflows to facilitate model training, assessment, and deployment.
• Play a role in the evaluation and monitoring platform for ML, LLMs, and agents.
• Explore new technologies related to ML, LLM, and agents.
• Currently enrolled in a graduate program (Master's or PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Linguistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline with a strong emphasis on data.
• Proficient in Python and knowledgeable in ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, and agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for writing clean, efficient, and scalable code.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A curious mindset and proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, ML development tools, and ML deployment tools.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of NodeJS or Java.
• Nice to have: Experience with LLM fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, OpenSearch), LLM optimization, VLLM library, HuggingFace library, or reinforcement learning techniques.
