Machine Learning Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, implement, and enhance machine learning models for use in production settings.

• Collaborate effectively with data engineers, software engineers, and product teams to integrate machine learning solutions.

• Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.

• Build and sustain machine learning pipelines, which include model training, validation, and deployment.

• Monitor the performance of models and make necessary improvements or retraining as required.

• Keep abreast of the latest developments in machine learning research, techniques, and best practices.

• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and foster knowledge sharing.

• Engage in environment setup, scalable API design, and database architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.

• Strong expertise in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

• Comprehensive understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and probability.

• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

• Capability to produce clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently or within a team.

• Must be able to work within a US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is advantageous.

• A Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is a plus.

• Experience in NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or reinforcement learning is preferred.

• Exposure to MLOps tools and workflows is an added advantage.
