Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and develop large-scale distributed machine learning systems that are scalable, high-performing, efficient, and dependable.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the deployment and integration of machine learning models.

• Act as a liaison with business units to address their machine learning requirements and manage the cross-business unit machine learning portfolio.

• Optimize the processes of feature extraction, transformation, and selection.

• Oversee and manage feature stores for reusability across machine learning pipelines.

• Ensure the machine learning platform is scalable, reliable, cost-effective, and user-friendly.

• Contribute to the assessment and adoption of new technologies and tools to improve our machine learning capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a **Machine Learning Engineer**.

• Extensive experience with **supervised and unsupervised learning, survival analysis, time series modeling, and statistical forecasting**.

• Expertise in **developing predictive models (e.g., churn, user journey, sales forecasting) utilizing behavioral data**.

• Proficient in **machine learning frameworks** such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.

• Experienced in **model training, versioning, and monitoring**.

• Strong foundational knowledge in MLOps practices: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow, SageMaker, MLflow, model observability tools, and feature stores.

• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to link model outcomes to product and strategic objectives.
