Machine Learning Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement models that function with distributed, privacy-preserving enterprise data (both structured and unstructured, as well as time series).

• Collaborate closely with our AI team on Val, our internal framework for contextual intelligence, which encompasses NLP, embedding systems, and semantic search.

• Partner with product and engineering teams to establish robust ML pipelines for tasks such as data classification, anomaly detection, semantic inference, and explainability.

• Investigate and prototype innovative applications of machine learning within private and federated settings, emphasizing the security of enterprise data.

• Seamlessly integrate ML systems into a secure infrastructure that is governed by on-chain access control and data provenance.

• Contribute to the development of internal tools and libraries designed to automate model training, evaluation, versioning, and monitoring.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or applied AI roles.

• Proficient programming skills in Python, with familiarity in ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or similar technologies.

• Proven experience working with real-world datasets, particularly enterprise-level or high-integrity data (e.g., financial, medical, telemetry, etc.).

• Comfortable with data privacy techniques like differential privacy, federated learning, or homomorphic encryption (or a strong desire to learn these techniques).

• Interest or experience in working with LLMs, embeddings, or knowledge graph-based methodologies.

• Basic understanding of smart contracts or blockchain (e.g., Solidity, EVM) is advantageous but not mandatory.
