Machine Learning Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Construct, train, and enhance machine learning models for deployment in production environments.

• Create evaluation and feedback mechanisms that significantly enhance model performance over time.

• Establish tools to measure, monitor, and assess model quality.

• Assess new models and methodologies, integrating the most effective into production.

• Work collaboratively across teams to deliver ML-driven functionalities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of hands-on ML/LLM engineering experience in production, with a strong command of Python.

• Proven track record of transitioning models from prototypes to dependable production systems.

• Practical experience in model fine-tuning and a disciplined approach to evaluation.

• Expertise in Git and version control systems.

• Direct experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI's Codex, or Cursor, along with a demonstrated ability to adopt new tools as they become available.
