M&A Consultant, AI Trainer, Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Assess and enhance AI-generated outputs related to M&A topics, such as deal sourcing, due diligence, transaction structuring, valuation, post-merger integration, and stakeholder management.

• Analyze AI responses for their realism, logical reasoning, and relevance to M&A situations.

• Create authentic M&A case studies and negotiation scenarios drawing from your direct deal experience.

• Develop alternative scenarios from various viewpoints, including buyer, seller, advisor, or board member.

• Detect logical inconsistencies, impractical responses, or oversights in AI-generated M&A materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior-level experience as an M&A consultant, deal advisor, investment banker, corporate development leader, or a related role.

• Must be based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK.

• Several years of practical M&A experience, encompassing deal execution, structuring, negotiation, or integration.

• Skilled in identifying logical inconsistencies, flawed assumptions, or unrealistic strategies in M&A scenarios.

• Comfortable working autonomously and providing clear, actionable feedback.

• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with immediate availability.
