M365 Platform Engineer, Power Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee the entire M365 ecosystem, which includes SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, and identity/security integrations with on-prem Active Directory and Entra ID.

• Ensure the platform's reliability, availability, tenant hygiene, configuration currency, and adherence to enterprise security and compliance policies.

• Lead Tier-3 engineering tasks, service hardening, enable integration, and support the migration or onboarding of workloads to M365.

• Design, construct, and maintain Power Platform environments (Dev/Test/Prod), including Dataverse-enabled environments, in accordance with M365 Engineering standards.

• Implement AI-driven or Copilot-related features as appropriate, adhering to environment configuration practices.

• Establish and uphold Power Platform governance, including security, DLP, connector access, licensing alignment, and audit requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in M365 platform engineering (SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Entra ID).

• Proficient hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, environment setup, DLP policies, connector architecture).

• Knowledge of environment provisioning workflows, security groups, licensing models, and ServiceNow intake processes.

• Strong understanding of identity management, conditional access, and M365 security baselines.

• Experience in managing enterprise-scale tenants, integrations, and governance models.

• Capability to collaborate across technical and business teams, promoting standards, clarity, and secure design principles.
