This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Input, verify, and update shipment information within Odyssey’s Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Review load data to ensure consistency between shipment execution, carrier agreements, and client specifications.
• Assist in margin protection by verifying correct rating, accessorial fees, and fuel surcharge implementation.
• Resolve discrepancies between shipment records, carrier invoices, and client billing documentation.
• Confirm receipt, validation, and upload of all essential shipment documents (BOLs, PODs, invoices) into systems.
• Maintain records that are audit-ready to support internal controls and client evaluations.
• Adhere to established SOPs and work instructions to meet Odyssey’s quality standards.
• Report ongoing issues or exceptions to the Process Improvement Supervisor for resolution.
• Support Audit Support Specialists by verifying carrier invoices against contracted rates and shipment records.
• Identify discrepancies, overcharges, or missing documents for corrective measures.
• Offer administrative assistance for overcharge recovery and resolution processes.
• Ensure client billing accuracy through complete and timely documentation.
• Perform repeatable transactional tasks to allow onshore operations to focus on higher-value client interactions.
• Provide insights on recurring issues, workflow inefficiencies, or potential automation opportunities.
• Engage in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities to bolster offshore team skills.
• Work collaboratively with Audit Support Specialists and Supervisors on a daily basis to align priorities.
• An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Supply Chain is preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, auditing, billing, or data entry (experience in LTL or 3PL is strongly preferred).
• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to accurately process high volumes of data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including lookups, basic formulas, and data validation).
• Prior experience with TMS or ERP platforms is preferred; familiarity with freight audit or carrier billing systems is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to adhere to structured workflows and escalate issues as needed.
