Logistics Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Implement Trax’s extensive audit procedure to detect and rectify audit discrepancies for client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

• Work closely with carriers and customers to grasp their requirements and guarantee exceptional service delivery.

• Manage priorities, report on progress, and ensure that deliverables are completed on time.

• Meet customer metric objectives and service level agreements while utilizing KPI reports and scorecards to uphold consistent performance.

• Develop and uphold standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.

• Recognize non-standard processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost efficiency.

• Lead or participate in reconciliation meetings, audit evaluations, and other team gatherings to assess audit performance and strategize improvements.

• Cultivate a positive team atmosphere and promote a culture of continuous enhancement.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is mandatory.

• Experience in Supply Chain/Logistics is essential.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, carriers, and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with relevant software and systems, with intermediate proficiency in MS Excel.

• Proven ability to multitask and manage various deliverables concurrently.

• Comfortable with data analysis to identify trends and capable of articulating data insights to carriers and customers.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• High degree of professionalism and capability to interact with all levels of the organization.

• Eager to gain hands-on experience in the logistics and supply chain sector.
