This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, prototype, enhance, and scale Logistics and Enterprise transformation initiatives, subsequently transitioning them into standardized business solutions.
• Provide strategic insight and integrate concepts related to Logistics business solution development with senior management, board and steering committees, functional leaders, and team leaders.
• Supervise the creation, execution, and evaluation of intricate enterprise solutions projects within the logistics sector.
• Conduct high-level business and process systems analysis while considering the current and future implications for Logistics Centers and Enterprise operations.
• Take ownership of deliverables, costs, timelines, and quality for one or more enterprise solutions projects.
• Strategize project plans and allocate as well as direct staff and resources to achieve project objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers, suppliers, and partners to resolve issues, implement improvements and enhancements, test, refine, and institutionalize solutions.
• Propel projects and the organization towards achieving business outcomes.
• Identify and ensure ongoing development, enhancement, and implementation of critical business processes.
• Emphasize consistency and quality in the execution of process improvement initiatives and engage in post-implementation evaluations.
• May create training and coaching programs and establish coaching processes.
• High School Diploma or GED (accredited) along with four years of pertinent work experience.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in dispatch, logistics, or collections, in addition to the educational requirement.
• A Bachelor's Degree (accredited) is preferred, or an equivalent in lieu of a degree.
• Strong business acumen in Logistics and Collections.
• Experience in conducting complex business process analyses, needs assessments, and initial cost/benefit analyses.
• Capability to influence others across the organization to adopt redesigned processes.
• Proficient in collaborating with senior management, steering committees, functional leaders, customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Competent in planning projects and directing staff and resources effectively.
• Ability to perform tasks involving repetitive motions, eye/hand/foot coordination, sitting, talking, and hearing.
• REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative is required, or the willingness to obtain one if business air travel or access to federal properties is necessary.
