Localization Manager – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Assist the Localization Lead throughout the complete localization process, ensuring uniform and high-quality translations across various markets and product interactions.

• Uphold localization glossaries, style guides, and asset libraries to maintain linguistic and brand consistency across all channels.

• Manage day-to-day localization projects, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and facilitating communication between internal teams and external translators or Language Service Providers (LSPs).

• Collaborate with freelance translators and vendors, helping to manage briefs, deadlines, and feedback processes.

• Utilize localization tools such as Crowdin and Lokalise to manage files, assign tasks, and track progress.

• Conduct basic checks to verify that translated content is accurate, aligns with brand guidelines, and is culturally relevant.

• Support the Localization Lead with tasks for marketing, product, and design teams, ensuring that localization requirements are integrated into project timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in localization, translation project coordination, or a similar role.

• Knowledge of localization tools like Crowdin (preferred), Lokalise, Smartling, or comparable platforms.

• Experience with AI-assisted translation tools and their workflows.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• A proactive, can-do mindset with a solid sense of ownership and commitment to quality.
