Loan Processor, DSCR / RTL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Process RTL, Bridge, Renovation, Ground-Up Construction, and DSCR loans in accordance with company policies and investor requirements.

• Review and validate borrower, guarantor, and entity documentation, including credit, income, bank statements, title, insurance, leases, and corporate documents.

• Ensure that all necessary items are collected, complete, and compliant before underwriting and closing.

• Collaborate closely with underwriters, originators, and closers to maintain accuracy in loan files and expedite turnaround times.

• Efficiently track and resolve conditions while ensuring proactive communication with internal teams and external partners.

• Assess appraisals, BPOs, construction budgets, and rehab scopes for thoroughness and precision.

• Maintain organized files, ensuring all documentation is appropriately labeled and archived in the LOS.

• Deliver exceptional service to borrowers and brokers through clear and timely communication.

• Identify and escalate any issues or discrepancies that may impact loan eligibility or timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in processing private lending or non-QM loans (required).

• Practical experience with RTL (Bridge, Renovation, Ground-Up Construction) and DSCR loans.

• Familiarity with completing a HUD-1 and/or settlement statement.

• Experience with business entity documentation.

• Strong comprehension of business-purpose loan documentation and compliance standards.

• Excellent attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple loans simultaneously.

• Proficient with loan origination systems, with experience in LendingWise being a plus.
