This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Assess PrimeLending’s and other loan products and services to identify which financial solutions best align with customers’ needs and financial situations.
• Build and nurture relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and new home sales representatives to foster and sustain business opportunities.
• Conduct visits to subdivisions as necessary.
• Promote and market PrimeLending’s financial offerings.
• Achieve the Company’s minimum production criteria in funded units/volume each month.
• Complete and submit accurate loan applications utilizing PrimeLending’s product offerings.
• Oversee customer interactions and liaise with all parties involved in each loan from the application stage to closing.
• Provide counseling and pre-qualification for prospective home buyers.
• Gather and evaluate information regarding customers’ income, assets, investments, and liabilities.
• Guide customers on the pros and cons of various loan products.
• Serve existing customers and collect necessary support documents, fees, and lock-in information.
• Supervise the loan process by tracking loan status and ensuring compliance with terms.
• Communicate loan status updates to all interested parties and secure loan documentation post-closing.
• Present loan terms and conditions to clients.
• Keep informed about local real estate market conditions and competitive trends, as well as changes in mortgage regulations.
• Uphold a professional image and comply with company policies and procedures.
• May oversee and guide loan officers, loan officer assistants, or loan processors.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• High school diploma or equivalent, along with necessary licenses as mandated by state regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and up-to-date automobile liability insurance.
• At least 12 months of experience as a loan originator.
• Ability to interact effectively with regional and corporate departments, realtors, sales agents, builders, appraisers, and others.
• Proven judgment and decision-making capabilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Capable of swiftly assessing and processing large volumes of data.
• Proficient in utilizing appropriate AU software technology.
• Required to be active within the community and in job-related associations to foster valuable contacts.
• Continually enhance knowledge of industry and organizational matters.
• Commission in addition to the base hourly wage.
• 40-hour work week.
