This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and cultivate enduring relationships with real estate investors through regular communication and tailored service by making over 100 outbound calls each day.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and consultative partner to real estate investors/clients by educating them on Park Place Finance’s range of customized lending solutions and loan products, assisting them in navigating Fix-and-Flip, Ground-Up Construction, RTL, and DSCR loan offerings.
• Provide an exceptional experience by delivering clear and consistent updates throughout the loan lifecycle, engaging both borrowers and internal team members.
• Assist clients in the investment readiness process, which includes collecting financial information, property details, and business plans.
• Evaluate borrower experience, deal strength, and risk profile to assess eligibility and ensure alignment with underwriting criteria for a more efficient and smooth process.
• Utilize company-provided sizing tools to structure loans in compliance with internal guidelines for expedited closings.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from internal teammates and external sources, converting qualified leads into viable loan options.
• Track deal status and proactively manage follow-ups to prevent delays and enhance conversion rates.
• Submit 1–2 qualified loan deals for processing each week, ensuring all required documentation is included.
• Take full ownership of your sales pipeline, guaranteeing timely progression from origination through to closing.
• Collaborate closely with loan processors, underwriters, and operations to facilitate a smooth transition from sales to fulfillment.
• Clearly communicate deal specifics, timelines, and borrower expectations to all internal stakeholders.
• Work together on process enhancements that promote speed, scalability, and excellence in service.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience in real estate, lending, or the financial services sector.
• A minimum of 1 year of consultative or inside sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in closing 5 or more loans per month (DSCR/RTL) for residential investments.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM platforms in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of actively listening, positively influencing, articulating clearly, and building trust.
• High levels of perseverance, resilience, and a strong work ethic, embodying a work hard, play hard mentality.
• Ability to think critically, overcome challenges, and propose solutions that meet the needs of both clients and the company.
• Proven history of consistently closing $2M or more in monthly loan volume within residential transitional lending (RTL).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filters, and data organization.
• Experience in a lead-generated, consultative sales environment in the real estate finance or mortgage lending sector.
