Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners.

• Assist borrowers throughout the mortgage process, from application to closing.

• Evaluate financial documents to assess loan eligibility.

• Keep informed on industry trends, loan products, and compliance standards.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely loan processing.

• Current NMLS license and adherence to federal/state mortgage regulations.

• Demonstrated experience in mortgage lending, banking, or sales.

• Strong knowledge of loan products and guidelines.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
