Live Content Video Editor – Seasonal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Edit engaging short-form social videos for platforms such as TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, along with mid- and long-form features for YouTube.

• Construct narratives by utilizing interviews, archival footage, graphics, and music.

• Assist in field shoots by capturing b-roll, aiding with camera operations, and organizing footage efficiently.

• Collaborate with producers, social media teams, and designers to develop and execute creative concepts.

• Implement best practices for pacing, viewer retention, thumbnails, and titles specific to each platform.

• Support the management of a team of social editors.

• Work alongside the Minor League Baseball team to ensure quality control.

• Contribute to special projects and production efforts for both Minor League Baseball and Major League Baseball.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in video editing and production.

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere and After Effects.

• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to edit across various platform styles.

• Basic knowledge of camera operations and field production is preferred.

• Willingness to work nights and weekends, as well as travel during and after the Major League Baseball season.

• Familiarity with baseball is an advantage.
