DTC Performance Video Editor – AI-First, Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Edit performance video advertisements for agencro’s brands, including UGC ads, AI-generated creative content, VSL-style videos, and testimonial clips for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and paid social media.

• Develop strong hooks with retention-focused edits, platform-native pacing, captions, and variations for the first three seconds.

• Create motion graphics, conversion visuals, animated sections, GIFs, and other graphics for advertorials, online stores, landing pages, and email campaigns.

• Utilize AI video and image tools as the main production line for footage, b-roll, and various content versions.

• Finalize and enhance AI-generated output through editing, timing adjustments, sound design, and ensuring brand alignment.

• Manage the moving-image production process from the initial brief and creative direction through to the first cut, feedback, revisions, and final delivery.

• Produce creative assets aimed at boosting Hook Rate, CTR, CPA, and watch time in active campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid understanding of direct-response video principles, including hooks, retention strategies, pacing, and conversion psychology.

• Proven experience in production using AI video tools, with an ability to stay updated on the latest technologies.

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects or equivalent software.

• Capability to enhance and refine AI-generated content through editing, timing, sound design, and brand alignment.

• Quick, dependable, self-managing, and proactive in communication.

• Experience in DTC/e-commerce creative work is advantageous.

• Ability to navigate through the brief, initial cut, feedback, and final delivery with swift turnaround times.

• Application must include 3–5 examples of AI-produced advertisements, along with descriptions of the work and tools utilized.

• Application should also contain a brief paragraph outlining your current AI workflow and the tools you use.
