Light Maintenance Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Ensure the cleanliness of designated areas to achieve customer and client satisfaction.

• Repair fixtures and hardware, including doors, windows, minor appliances, and office equipment.

• Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas and perform maintenance as necessary.

• Complete maintenance checklists for buildings and equipment as scheduled.

• Report significant maintenance issues and suggest corrective measures.

• Utilize equipment and tools safely and efficiently.

• Maintain a friendly, efficient, and positive demeanor in customer service.

• Follow Aramark's safety policies and procedures diligently.

• Fulfill all required training commitments for departmental and component purposes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in janitorial work is essential.

• Knowledge of remote camp work is required.

• Familiarity with custodial tasks is necessary.

• Previous experience in maintenance is preferred.

• Ability to adhere to basic safety procedures and precautions.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills are required.

• Must be available for flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking, and standing.

• Willingness and ability to wear uniforms and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and criminal background check is mandatory.
