Lifestyle Manager, German Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• **Primary Responsibilities**

• - Oversee overnight lifestyle inquiries, encompassing dining, retail, and premium experiences.

• - Manage limited travel-related requests such as hotel reservations and car rentals.

• - Generate personalized recommendations and articulate solutions for members utilizing TEN’s internal systems.

• - Communicate with confidence and professionalism with members, mainly in German.

• - Take proactive steps to enhance the member experience by proposing relevant additional choices.

• - Work collaboratively with international lifestyle teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• - Play a role in developing and shaping a new corporate team environment.

• **Desired Qualifications**

• - Proficient in German (essential).

• - Proficient in English (B2-C1).

• - Excellent communication and writing abilities.

• - Experience in concierge services, lifestyle management, hospitality, travel, or service delivery.

• - Enthusiasm for dining, travel, and premium lifestyle offerings.

• - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where not everything is clearly defined.
