📋 Description

• Lead the development team both technically and operationally.

• Review and validate architectures, technical designs, source code, and integration and continuous delivery processes.

• Define, promote, and ensure adherence to quality standards, security protocols, and best development practices.

• Coordinate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and business units to define requirements.

• Plan iterations, assign tasks, and monitor the team’s progress.

• Provide technical mentorship and support the professional growth of developers.

• Oversee the implementation and execution of automated testing.

• Ensure the stability, scalability, availability, and performance of production solutions.

• Supervise application monitoring, analyze incidents, and coordinate improvement actions.

• Research, evaluate, and propose new technologies, tools, and process enhancements.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in software development and delivery processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Technical Leader or in a similar role in software development.

• Strong experience in full-stack software development.

• Knowledge of software architecture: monoliths, microservices, and API design.

• Experience in consuming and developing REST APIs (JSON) and SOAP/WSDL services (XML).

• Solid knowledge of SQL databases; preferably Oracle, PostgreSQL, and/or MariaDB.

• Mastery of object-oriented programming.

• Experience with version control systems, primarily Git (GitHub and/or GitLab).

• Knowledge and practical experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of containers (Docker) and basic orchestration concepts (Kubernetes).

• Experience in Linux environments and process automation.
