This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise the entire licensing process and health plan credentialing to support our dynamic team.
• Manage and oversee initial applications, renewals, and the continuous upkeep of healthcare professional licenses across all US jurisdictions.
• Maintain a centralized database (including Salesforce and CE platforms) that tracks licensing requirements, renewal dates, RX authorizations, and CME requirements by state and provider.
• Facilitate and establish collaboration and supervision agreements for incoming providers and new licenses that require these structures.
• Assist Twin Health providers throughout the credentialing process with health plans, including the setup and maintenance of their CAQH profiles.
• Promptly submit new payer requests, collect all necessary documentation, and monitor application status across all platforms to ensure timely completion.
• Stay informed about state and federal licensing and credentialing regulations to guarantee Twin Health remains fully compliant.
• Collaborate directly with internal Legal, Compliance, and external agencies to address regulatory inquiries and support care team onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Analyze licensing and credentialing data to identify trends, eliminate bottlenecks, and optimize licensure geography.
• Produce regular reports on renewal timelines, credentialing activities, and strategic operational initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare licensing and credentialing (telemedicine or health-tech background preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with providers at all levels—including CMOs, MDs, Medical Directors, Advanced Practitioners, and Care Managers—building trust and inspiring change.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the capability to manage competing priorities and excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (particularly Google Sheets), Adobe Sign, Salesforce, and credentialing databases.
• Applicants must have authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. We are currently unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa.
