This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vermont.
• Provide treatment for gambling, gaming, and various behavioral addictions.
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-informed care to individuals and families.
• Develop expertise in a specific area of behavioral health.
• Manage a flexible caseload that aligns with personal availability and professional aspirations.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to enhance teletherapy services.
• Concentrate on clinical responsibilities while the organization manages credentialing, billing, insurance claims, collections, and other administrative duties.
• Possess an active clinical license in Vermont: LPC, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or an equivalent credential.
• Demonstrate interest in gambling disorders, gaming disorders, and other behavioral issues.
• Show eagerness to pursue ICGC-I certification with support from the company.
• Exhibit a commitment to evidence-based, client-focused care.
• Have a willingness to work collaboratively with a teletherapy team.
• Fluency in Spanish is an advantage.
• Continuous education, clinical consultation, and assistance in pursuing the ICGC-I credential.
• Support for obtaining ICGC-I certification.
• Ongoing training and opportunities for professional growth.
• Clinical consultation and peer support available.
