This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Perform thorough assessments and intake evaluations for ADHD and anxiety in new patients and their families.
• Offer tailored treatment suggestions, including referrals to community providers as needed.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions for caregivers of children dealing with ADHD, anxiety, and co-occurring conditions like Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, integrated care.
• Engage in opportunities to contribute to program development, evaluation, and research initiatives based on your interests and the needs of the organization.
• You are a licensed mental health professional (LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW) with a master’s degree in a relevant discipline, and you have a passion for delivering exceptional care to children and families.
• You hold a current license in California and are willing to obtain licenses in other states (we will assist you with this process!).
• You possess experience in integrated care environments and prefer to utilize evidence-based methods, particularly for pediatric ADHD and anxiety.
• You are tech-savvy, a quick learner, and eager to influence the future of behavioral health through innovative virtual care solutions.
• You thrive on collaboration and are motivated to enhance systems, whether it be through designing care models, developing new tools, or initiating team projects.
• This position is remote, allowing you to work from a secure, private location with reliable internet, and you are open to working at least 2 hours per week during peak hours (M-F 6:00-8:00 PM PT, and/or Saturday 8:00 AM-2:00 PM).
• Fully remote with a flexible schedule.
• Annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 (full-time).
