Licensed Therapist, LPC, LCSW, LMFT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Offer individual therapy for clients engaged in personal injury and workers’ compensation cases

• Create and execute clinically suitable treatment plans

• Ensure timely and precise clinical documentation

• Work in collaboration with interdisciplinary providers, including psychologists and neurorehabilitation specialists

• Provide trauma-informed care customized for injury-related psychological and cognitive issues

• Occasionally deliver therapy services to adolescent clients (ages 7+)

• Uphold a structured, outcome-oriented approach to short-term therapy (8–12 sessions per client)

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid AZ LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Master’s degree in a relevant field

• Experience in trauma-informed care

• Availability for 20–30 hours weekly

• Comfort with providing telehealth services

• Experience working with adolescents (age 7+)

• Background in independent clinical practice
