Licensed Telehealth Therapist – Mental Health Counselor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Deliver therapeutic services to autistic and neurodivergent adults through telehealth platforms

• Provide outstanding client care that affirms neurodiversity

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities including CBT, DBT, or ACT

• Develop and oversee a client caseload generated through referrals

• Create a flexible work schedule that accommodates personal needs

• Engage in peer consultation, specialized training, monthly case discussions, and weekly clinical check-ins

• Ensure precise care delivery using virtual care tools and electronic health record systems

• Assist underserved communities by employing a client-centered approach

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)

• Strong clinical proficiency in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, or ACT

• A genuine interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults

• Comfortable using technology and virtual care platforms like Zoom, EHR, and Slack

• Exceptional communication abilities and a dedication to client-centered care

• Prior telehealth experience is preferred but not mandatory

• Full-time role requires 25+ hours of weekly availability and a caseload of 25+ clients

• Part-time role requires 15+ hours of weekly availability and a caseload of 15+ clients
