Licensed Residential Appraiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Skilled in identifying comparable properties to the subject, analyzing market data, and assessing residential property values using various valuation techniques and methodologies.

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail to deliver a high-quality valuation product for clients.

• Capable of effectively managing daily tasks to establish a reasonable capacity for assignments efficiently.

• Ensure exceptional customer service in communications with the operating team and points of contact during the valuation process.

• Open to receiving mentorship from Senior Appraisers for training in producing high-quality appraisals.

• Occasionally collaborate with Trainees.

• Adhere to continuing education and credentialing requirements.

• Provide recommendations regarding business operations processes and data collection methods.

• Advise management and engineering executives on product decisions, process flows, and compensation plans as necessary.

• Valid driver's license for fieldwork activities.
