This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Professionally manage a high volume of incoming calls, addressing account inquiries, claims, and general questions.
• Efficiently collect customer information, assess, and meet customer needs while educating them about products and services as necessary.
• Proficiently navigate and utilize multiple systems simultaneously.
• Communicate effectively with pet parents both verbally and in writing.
• Resolve customer issues following one call resolution guidelines and/or the escalated process.
• Achieve or surpass company and client performance metrics.
• Maintain a balance between company policies and client benefits when making decisions.
• Continuously assess and identify opportunities to enhance processes that positively affect our client and its customers.
• Responsible for documenting call dispositions and compiling customer information as required.
• Must possess a property and casualty license in your state of residence.
• Must be willing to release property and casualty appointments (Health or Life appointments do not need to be released).
• Must be available to work on weekends.
• Minimum of two years of customer service or call center experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
• A dedicated workspace at home is required.
• Internet speed of 20 Mb/s for downloads and 10 Mb/s for uploads is necessary (Wireless access is not allowed).
• Experience with Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is advantageous.
