This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Evaluates patient needs and abilities, creating treatment plans to enhance patient functioning and resolve symptoms.
• Delivers individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborates with the psychiatry team and other relevant members in program planning.
• Assesses the ongoing biopsychosocial needs of patients, identifying issues and developing a treatment strategy.
• Provides psychotherapies and case management for assigned patients, as well as feedback on the care of program patients.
• Functions as a primary therapist or co-therapist in group therapy for psychiatric patients and acts as the main therapist in individual, family, and couple therapies.
• Collects necessary data in line with program and regulatory standards.
• Adheres to agency policies, standards, and the ethical guidelines of the relevant professional discipline.
• Works with outpatient and inpatient teams to offer triage evaluations and crisis intervention.
• Current Pennsylvania Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
• Master’s Degree in Social Sciences (Required).
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor - Default Issuing Body.
