This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conducts appropriate screenings and assessments, which may encompass cognitive, developmental, achievement, and behavioral/emotional evaluations according to the scope of practice and tailored to the age and background of the children and youths referred to the program.
• Analyzes and interprets results.
• Collaborates with team members to discuss impressions and recommendations.
• Communicates relevant information to agency staff and caregivers as necessary and answers questions accurately to ensure coordinated care.
• Completes documentation in Epic, detailing background information, interview insights, screening/assessment scores, interpretations, impressions, and recommendations within the designated timeframe.
• Inputs information into other data systems when directed.
• Timely documents billing information as needed.
• Prepares for the clinic by completing necessary tasks, including requesting records (e.g., school and mental health records) and collecting demographic information.
• Shares critical information with team members to ensure a comprehensive evaluation.
• Timely fulfills additional clinical and programmatic requests.
• Keeps supervisors informed about clinical and programmatic requirements.
• Provides coverage within the PACE department as necessary.
• Engages in activities aimed at enhancing the PACE program.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field along with one (1) year of experience working with pediatric and adolescent populations is required.
• Must hold a license as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Psychological Examiner (LPE) from the Arkansas Board of Psychology.
• A preference for candidates with two (2) years of experience evaluating children and adolescents.
