This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Deliver mental health counseling services to clients through teletherapy.

• Efficiently manage a caseload while ensuring adherence to therapy standards.

• Keep precise records and documentation of all therapy sessions.

• Engage in team meetings and pursue continuing education opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Psychologist / PsyD.

• Experienced Mental Health Therapist or Counselor dedicated to assisting adults, couples, or teens.

• Over 3 years of experience in mental health counseling.

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy.

• Possess a fully independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.) and able to provide therapy without supervision.

• A private and professional space for conducting therapy sessions.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Must carry professional liability insurance.

• Reliable internet connection is required.

• Must be currently residing in the US.
