This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide travel advice and arrangements for corporate clients, including both individuals and groups.
• Perform analysis and research on travel options while proactively identifying traveler needs to promote additional services.
• Organize and book domestic and international business travel across various complexities, covering air, road, rail, and accommodation.
• Utilize Sabre or Amadeus Global Distribution Systems (GDSs).
• Ensure adherence to clients' established travel policies, service provider guidelines, and regulatory standards.
• Employ positive telephone service techniques and respond effectively to special customer requests.
• Collaborate with your team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback aimed at enhancing service levels.
• A strong commitment to excellence in client service, with a focus on anticipating needs proactively.
• Proficient in GDS systems, specifically Sabre or Amadeus.
• A minimum of three to five years of experience in corporate travel exclusively.
• Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Act with integrity and safeguard personal traveler information.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of the travel industry, with a background in international business travel being advantageous.
• Ability to resolve customer issues promptly and independently or in coordination with suppliers.
