This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Build a positive and trusting rapport with patients.
• Assess and treat mental health disorders.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs and circumstances of patients.
• Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment, and modify treatment plans as required.
• Conduct continuous evaluations of patient progress.
• Include and counsel family members when appropriate.
• Organize outreach and referral initiatives within the surrounding communities.
• A minimum of 12 months of experience in a clinical environment after obtaining full licensure.
• A Master’s Level Degree or higher in relevant fields is required.
• Hold a full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license based on the office location. Applications without a valid, active license will not be considered. We are not currently hiring associate/intern level therapists.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout your employment with this agency.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and their families.
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR): Demonstrated experience in effectively using electronic health record systems to manage patient data, document clinical information, and access patient histories. Familiarity with NextGen is highly sought after.
• Computer Skills: Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in various software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot common issues.
