This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Deliver remote monitoring services aimed at supporting patients as they advance through their home-exercise therapy programs.
• Guide and assist users in therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training via our technology platform.
• Offer continuous feedback to the evaluating clinician regarding patient progress outside of the clinical setting.
• Maintain essential records and notes while providing remote monitoring services.
• Contribute to enhancing the processes and functionality of the platform.
• Organize and oversee a caseload while ensuring efficiency.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in musculoskeletal health is preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Possession of an active New York PT license.
• Technologically proficient - excels in a multi-platform environment.
• Experience in behavioral modification; Health Coach Certification is an advantage.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to build relationships and listen effectively.
• Proven patient-centered approach.
• Capability to multitask and manage various types of users.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
