Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Virginia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Deliver telehealth services as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist or Counselor.

• Arrange appointments and conduct individual and/or family sessions.

• Lead group therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with colleagues and engage in case discussions.

• Employ AI-driven documentation for streamlined session notes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed mental health or substance use counselor (applications from all disciplines are encouraged).

• Experience with a diverse age range, including children, teenagers, young adults, and adult clients.

• Master’s degree in mental health or a related field.

• Availability for 12 to 40 hours per week, depending on whether the role is 1099 or W2.

• 1099 position available part-time, with potential to evolve into a full-time role.

• W2 position available full-time, with a commitment of 40 hours per week.

• Comfort and willingness to use cloud-based communication tools—such as Gmail, Slack, Zoom, and Dropbox—along with EMR and outcome survey software on a daily basis.
