Licensed Mental Health Therapist – PTSD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Assist individuals who have faced trauma in their recovery journey by delivering comprehensive diagnostic assessments and evidence-based psychotherapy via the Rebound video platform.

• Oversee your caseload and manage your schedule effectively.

• Ensure complete and timely clinical documentation using the Rebound EHR system.

• Engage in Rebound’s clinical consultation and training sessions, continually enhancing your knowledge and application of evidence-supported treatments for trauma and PTSD.

• Collaborate with our network of providers to develop and reinforce treatment strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your respective state.

• A Master's Degree is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of independently licensed experience is required, with 5 years preferred.

• Relevant Washington Licenses include: Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.

• Preferably, have at least 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, ACT, PE, ERP).

• Knowledge and experience in treating PTSD with PE is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Must be organized, a quick and enthusiastic learner, an excellent communicator, and proficient in time management.

• Have a confidential and private workspace for remote work, equipped with reliable internet access.

• Comfortable and proficient in using technology for communication.

• Ambitious and prepared to thrive in a goal-oriented, start-up environment.
